Chief Executive Officer
Eric Bauer is a seasoned finance, operations, and strategy executive with over 25 years of experience with a variety of consumer product facing organizations. Prior to joining IVC, Mr. Bauer has held numerous senior level finance and operating roles at global organizations like True Religion Brand Jeans, Gap Inc., PepsiCo, and KPMG. Having worked in consulting, banking, and corporate environments, he is able to bring a broad range of perspectives and experiences to a range of business opportunities and challenges.
Mr. Bauer has an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has served on the boards of several corporate and non-profit organizations.
Executive Vice President, Sales Administration
Dick Hill has over 30 years of Consumer Packaged Goods experience in the Nutritional Supplement and Health & Beauty Aid business. His first 17 years were with the Colgate-Palmolive Co. selling their National Brand products. He spent 10 years in various Sales and Sales Management positions with Leiner Health Products, where he developed his knowledge of the Store Brand VMS and OTC business. Over the several years at IVC, Mr. Hill has led Sales Administration. He has developed sales policies and procedures, pricing, financial models, managed customer and broker contracts, and directly manages the U.S. sales department to help implement sales and margin strategies to deliver profitable sales to the company.
Mr. Hill received his B.S. degree in Business Administration at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida.
Executive Vice President, Marketing & Digital
Mark has over 20 years of successful progressive experience in Marketing, Digital, and Sales across multiple changes and geographies. He has successfully grown several global brands and business in CPG and Direct Selling channels with industry leaders such as Kimberly-Clark and Amway. His marketing background includes leading and growing the world’s largest VMW brand, Nutrilite, in the US and as CMO of South East Asia for Amway. Mr. Nelson’s digital background goes back to the late 90’s driving the first online marketing/customer strategies for globally recognized brands such as Huggies, Depends, and Scoot, with major publication recognition.
Mr. Nelson has his MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BA in Business from Ohio University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike has over 30 years of demonstrated ability to accelerate business results across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer brands, food and beverage, and foodservice distribution. He has held progressively larger leadership roles for publicly traded and private equity backed companies with significant commercial and strategic responsibilities built upon an operational foundation. Mr. Kane gained significant experience with functional nutrition in powder and liquid formats, working with such brands as Similac, Ensure, Resource, and Gerber while at Abbott Laboratories and Novartis. He also led organizations in the product development and manufacture of OTC, Rx, Hormone, and Animal Health products in topical and ophthalmic dosage forms.
Mr. Kane earned his MBA at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Veena brings to IVC an extensive background in global human resources with a focus on finance and operations. She has worked with both private and public organizations. Prior to IVC, Ms. Chillar had been providing executive consulting services to boards of directors, CEOs, and senior management for mid to large organizations. She has also worked for Greenwave Systems, Inc., Interactive Media Holdings, Inc. WebVisible, Inc., Washington Mutual, Inc. and Conexant Systems. Her background not only includes human resources functions but also M&A, organizational design, corporate restructuring, and talent acquisition.
Ms. Chillar holds a BS – Business Administration, Management and Human Resources.
